They said Israeli soldiers conduct provocative and humiliating searches especially on Palestinian women who cross the Betunia checkpoint when visiting family members held in Ofer.
The detainees have threatened the prison's administration to cut off all visits if the practice goes on.
Shadi Shalalida in a statement he released on behalf of the detainees calls the development collective punishment and psychological pressure on the prisoners and their families, and application of the Shalit law, which has allowed restrictions on prisoner visits.
Shalalida appealed to the Red Cross to monitor the searches at the Betunia checkpoint.
In a separate context, the prisoners condemned Israel's exile of 14-year-old Islam Dar Ayyub from his village of Nabi Salih to Ramallah.
"The decision is very dangerous and opens the door for the Israeli legal system to exile detainees and impose residence as happens in Jerusalem," they said.
They called for the immediate release of detained minors, calling their detention a breach in international law.
